Manufactured by myself using a brand new trico wiper motor, brand new 2 speed switch with push for squirters, rubber gasket, 3mm stainless base plate, stainless crank assembly, stainless mounting hardware. 

The rubber grommet fits perfect in the factory hole as you can see in the first pic.

simply bolt in and use your original arms ,
